Place Value Playground

There is much excitement around here today as we offer up a new product – Place Value Playground!

I created this visual and interactive learning center to help my son learn number building and rounding skills spanning several place values.  This learning center is ideal for children who are visual or kinesthetic learners as well as special needs children! I hope your children have as much educational fun with this center as mine do!

This center was designed to be used with many different ages. Using this learning center, children can learn how to build and round numbers from the units place all the way to the hundred billions place.

This center has 4 different levels.  Each level has 96  different cards split into 3 different problem types.  Each level also has a blank set of cards so you can make your own problems.  Each level is color coded so it is easy to see which cards go with the various number mats.  It was also designed so that it is easy to pick and choose what you want to print out so there is no waste of time, paper and ink.  There is a set of 32 rounding cards to go with each level as well with one blank sheet for you to create your own problems.

This is the first time we have offered an interactive instructional module with a product.  We hope that you enjoy the module and that you find it helpful.  Also, don’t forget to stay tuned to Eastern Wind Academy!  We have tons of exciting new products that we are going to be releasing soon!  Visit us on Facebook at Eastern Wind Academy or on Twitter at easternwindacad.

In the meantime, enjoy some previews of this fun, interactive learning center.

This is the overview screen in the instructional module.
